Track ParcelWe use City Link courier or Royal Mail to get your item to you as quickly as possible, depending on the size and weight of your item.
Items are despatched the same day if ordered before 2pm.
You can track your parcel ONLY if it has been despatched via City Link Couriers. All other parcels are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Your Order No. (which begins with TGG eg.TGG15003) and can be found on your order acknowledgement email.
Please click on the City Link icon below and enter your Order No in the 'Customer Reference' field on the City Link Tracking page
or
contact City Link Customer Services on 08700 007007 quoting your tracking number to obtain an update.
Note: You can also find out the status of your Order by selecting 'Order Status' from the Top menu bar above.
