B2B Wholesale First you will need to register below for a Trade Account and we will email you your own Trade account login and password. Then you will be able to view our range of Wholesale Products and trade prices by clicking here. (No min Order) WHOLESALE TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.0 PRICING The price of the Goods shall be our quoted price. All prices and price information were correct at the time of publishing, and are subject to change without notice We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery, to increase the price of the Goods to reflect any increase in the cost to us which is due to any factor beyond our reasonable control, any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the Goods which are requested by you, or any delay caused by your instructions or your failure to give us adequate information or instructions. You will be asked to re-confirm your order at the new price. Except as otherwise agreed in writing by us, all prices are given by us on an ex works basis, and where we agree to deliver the Goods otherwise than at our premises, you will be liable to pay our charges for transport, packaging and insurance. Wholesale prices published for the goods may change at any time and are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. The suggested retail prices (SRP) are published as a guide and includes VAT. Any changes in the rate of value added tax will result in an automatic change in our quoted prices. We reserve the right to alter the specification of products as necessary and offer an equivalent or better product in the event of stock anomalies. 2.0 ORDERS No order submitted by you shall be deemed to have been accepted by us unless and until confirmed by us. All orders are subject to availability and on a first-come first-served basis. Goods cannot be reserved, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept an order. There is no minimum Order value. 3.0 DELIVERY ToysGamesGifts Ltd. will endeavour to supply goods on the date requested but will accept no liability for failure to do so. UK Goods are insured and shipped by our UK shipping agent. The following services are available: Next Day Delivery – Week Days (before 2pm) £9.95 per 10Kg Box plus .50p per Kilo over 10Kg. Sat Delivery before 12pm £14.95 per 10Kg Carriage Paid on Orders over £250.00 International goods are shipped at the customers preferred method and cost. Please advise us how you wish the goods to be prepared for shipping. The buyer is advised, in its own interest, to examine goods before signing delivery notes as the seller accepts no responsibility for material which has been damaged during transit. The customer is responsible for any loss, damage or injury resulting in either property or persons in the course of unloading goods. The customer will notify ToysGamesGifts Ltd. in writing of any defects or if the invoiced quantity or amount differs from that supplied within seven days from receipt of the goods. 4.0 TITLE and RISK Under provision of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, ToysGamesGifts Lts. Reserves the right of title and ownership to the goods, which are subject matter of this contract until the account is paid in full. Until such time as title passes from ToysGamesGifts Ltd. it shall be entitled at any time to enter upon the premises of a customer or any third party and repossess the goods. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the goods are at the entire risk of the customer from the time of delivery. 5.0 NEW ACCOUNTS All new accounts must show proof of being a registered business or sole trader prior to any orders being despatched. Please complete and return the account details form. References will be required and taken up. 6.0 PAYMENT First two orders on pro-forma basis only. Thereafter, orders will be payable up[on 28 days fro mthe invoice date once satisfactory references have been received. Time for payment shall be of the essence and interest will be charged at 3% per month on overdue payments 7.0 UK PAYMENTS Cheques drawn on any UK bank accepted or electronic Bank Transfer. Credit card sales will incur a 3% surcharge. 8.0 CANCELLATION Cancellation of any order or changes to it will only be accepted prior at ToysGamesGifts Sales Ltd. sole discretion and all reasonable cancellation charges shall be made at the discretion of ToysGamesGifts Ltd. 9.0 GENERAL No alteration of the trade marks or packaging may be made by the customer or any third party and all intellectual property rights shall remain with ToysGamesGifts Ltd. Thjs contract shall be governed by English Law. ToysGamesGifts Ltd. reserves the right to change the terms & conditions in the future. 10.0 RETURNS Returns can only be accepted once authorised by ToysGamesGifts Ltd. Returns sent without an authorisation number may be refused and returned to the sender at the sender’s expense.
